Why not to put yourself thru withdrawal multiple times

Because it simply is stupid! Yes I am an idiot. Coughing up tar is absolutely your lungs cleaning themselves. Isn't it nasty to think how much of that gunk is trapped on them? Make this THE quit. It's going to absolutely suck at times, but is SOOOO worth it, and gets SOOOO much easier!
