My joys of not smoking
~ whiter teeth
~ fresher breath
~ smelling like the wonderful scents of bubblebath, shower gel, hair products, fresh laundry
~ not having to get up early to smoke before a shower to hide the fact that I smoke
~ receiving a smile from the person with an oxygen tank verses a dirty look
~ not holding up a family event because I need smoke
~ facing fears & challenges instead of hiding behind an addiction
~ peace of mind, tranquility, confidence
~ freedom from health & financial burdens
