Greetings and Salutations. I am a 41 year old educational researcher/practitioner. I've been smoking unfortunately for about 19 years and started rather late in life at 22. Chronic procrastination on this problem has lead me down many disturbing paths but I can't regret it totally. I have to just move on and finally solve this critical element of my life. I wish all luck, good wishes and hope for us all that great spirits move moutains to help us with this addiction.
