Funny.....my smoking friends all say they want to quit but they never want to hear about quitting. When I run into a smoker/friend that I have not seen in a while, and the subject of smoking comes up, I always tell them I quit and they congratulate me. I am then compelled to tell them how it felt to quit and what I went through and how not horrible it was. It never fails - they start to stiffen up and twitch and look around for an escape route - then they are GONE.
What I want to say is, "Stay here, listen to me, learn, choose life and live!" What I wind up saying is, "Bye."
