Why is this so difficult????

I couldn't make it for 1 day. Part of it, but not all. After having made it for 30 days, you would think this would be easy. I just don't think I'm ready to quit again already. I just don't know what to do at this point.

I hope all the rest of you quitters have a wonderful smoke free day.

I am a 62 year old suffering with moderate COPD. I have relapsed several times from my quit, but I will keep trying till I get it right! "Your mind controls your quit but you control your mind. Don't let your emotions spoil your quit!" Don't allow a stumble to be the end of the journey. The difference between a good day and a bad day is attitude!
