Share your quitting journey
It's a chilly start to today at 33 degrees but at least it's going to be a sunny day , hubby took today off so he could cut some more firewood cut to put in the garage towards next winter or if it's a really snapping cold winter we'll have it to bring in the house so my Thursday feels like Saturday . I got up early and got Mark to stir up a batch of bread so we won't have to do it on the wk end. If there's anyone here beginning this journey of quitting smoking , be willing , determined and totally committed to succeed and stay close to this site and read everything you can because there's a wealth of information here to help strengthen your resolve to quit smoking and remain quit and if you are struggling hang on tight and keep your mind as well as your hands occupied and know that you are going to get through the rough patches but unfortunately it's going to take some time but it's absolutely doable and absolutely worth it to get rid of the Yakies ( cigarettes ) so keep moving forward and stacking up those precious smoke free days and this evening you can smile and say YAY ANOTHER DAY WON not BOO because no one wants to go back to day ONE , only days WON because FREEDOM IS way too important to our health and well being to go backwards into the clutches of the dreaded cancer sticks so hang tough and know that there's life after cigarettes but you must believe in yourself and know that you can and will succeed !
