Share your quitting journey
I get sad and I'm sure that I'm not the only one, when we meet people in this cyber world and we are rooting for them in their quits and all of a sudden they're here one day and gone the next and all we can do is wish them the best and pray that are still in quit mode, let's continue to choose Freedom because life without the crutch of cigarettes is 100 % positive where as we all know that continuing to smoke is basically suicidal and for me 834 days ago I decided no more Russian Roulette for me, previous to this my forever quit, I half heartedly tried quitting a half dozen times and failed miserably because I didn't educate or prepare myself for the struggles, withdrawals, mood swings and the roller coaster ups and downs of quitting smoking but my friends and fellow Exers believe me when I say there's a wealth of information right here on this site and this community of people are here to help you through the rough patches and struggles but it's up to each individual to make the choice not to smoke no matter what is happening in life so grab on tight and don't throw your hands up in the air and head straight to the grocery store, don't do it because Freedom is yours for the taking, it's within your grasp reach out and grab it and hold on tight because there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic! And remember anything in life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking is definitely difficult to say the least but it's absolutely worth it to be FREE!
