Good morning my ex-smoker friends!  Hope everyone is doing well so far today.  It's a cool morning here in Maryland.  I walked outside with the dog this morning and breathed in the fresh air.  Yes the FRESH air, not cig smoke smelling air. 🙂  What a great smell! 

Thank you all for the encouragement this week.  I'm convinced I would not be on Day 4 had it not been for you guys.  I'm noticing some very small things like I haven't coughed the last two mornings and that things just smell better.  Makes me wonder how much I have missed by smoking. 

I hope everyone has an amazing smoke-free day.  There's strength in numbers everyone.  We can do this! N.O.P.E.
