I am sorry I do not blog very much Just want to say Hi and let everyone know I am still here . I do comment frequently on others blogs especially the newbies . I recieved so much support on Ex and I know I would not have made it this far without my Ex- family .

Now at 622 days I have gotten through the hardest days and months but being the addict that I am makes me very  aware of my  innate weakness and  being here to help others really helps me too !

If you are new please stick around and blog frequently . In the beginning I blogged a lot because i really wanted and needed  the support and I got it  from all the elders and newbies like myself .

To really make it I needed  to first make a commitment to   NOPE = not one puff ever  , think positive thoughts only  about quitting , have a quit  plan , be educated about the addiction and come to ex daily if not more .

I did it after smoking for 52 years it seems like a miracle to me but the miracle really was  sticking to what I said above . I used to think that God would somehow just take away the desire to smoke but I had the God- Given power to do it inside of me .  We all have it we are stronger then we think !

I love all of you and i thank everyone one of you for helping me quit !
