My mom recently passed from lung cancer in February. I was very close with her and it has effected me tremendously. I have 5 beautiful children and I don't want them to go through what I went through with my mom. I have attempted multiple times to quit either by cold turkey, patches, or gum. The patches broke me out. The gum made me light headed and cold turkey was torture. So I talked to my doctor about Chantix. She gave me a prescription but my insurance will not cover it. I am currently looking for coupons so that I can get it filled. My husband also smokes but he can quit anytime he has no problem quitting cold turkey. But we work against each other when we don't quit at the same time. He also is quitting with me so I think we will be successful this time. All of my kids are behind us and are ready as well for us to quit. They don't like that we do and tell us all the time to quit. So anyway if anyone knows where I can get coupons I would be so thankful. Ready to begin this smoke free journey.
