Holy crap! It has been a while since I have let everyone know how I am doing. But don't worry you pretty little faces about James here. I am not going to lie, I had one slip. I felt stressed out so I bought a pack of smokes. I never felt more sick in my life after I smoked. They were so nasty that I couldn't smoke it all at once. But I did smoke it all. I don't know why I did but I did. I don't feel that I need to "reset" my quit clock because it really was just that once. I am done for sure now.  I know how they will make me feel if I go back to smoking..

I will not criticize anyone for slipping. I never did. I know what it was like to try and try and try but some how those cigarettes had their hold. But NOW I AM DONE FOR GOOD!!! Let me be your inspiration. If I can do it so can you. I live in a house with two smokers. I work with all smokers. Me and one other person at work are the only two that don't smoke LITERALLY!!!! It can be done YOU can do it. I done it without the patches or gum COLD TURKEY!!! Stay strong my friend. The road of a quitter maybe a long bumpy one but I promise it will smooth out.

It has been 11 weeks and I have only smoked once, and it made me feel litterly sick. So now I know that I am definetly better off without those freakin' things.

"It feels good to be a quitter."
