Good morning EX friends,

Just look at those stats:

·                                 4444 Cigarettes Not Smoked

The numbers were too pretty not to publish!  The money covers my trip to Boston in a couple of weeks, and I have some extra to start Christmas shopping if I want to.

As for the number of cigarettes I did not smoke, holly smoke, in just about 200 days I would have inhaled that huge number of toxins in my body!

Saying how grateful I am I did not smoke them, doesn’t even start to describe how Powerful I feel, or how Grateful I am to be an EX.

And it gives me the drive to remain an EX.

Remember to visit your own quit plan, the stats are an incredible motivation to get over any doubts, and cravings, any unwanted voices about smoking.
