Share your quitting journey
No........as in no, they wouldn't give it to me. My blood was too low. They've set up some future appts with my dr starting next week so that we can get it figured out how I can get chemo so I can beat this.
I'm feeling beat down, frustrated and scared.
Wrote in my Caring Bridge journal this morning.
If you can to read the vent here is the link:

I would like to say that I'm worried about Thomas and prayers continue for him.
Does anyone have his phone contact for wife or some way we can learn more how he is doing?
Haven't said it in a while but......
I HATE WHAT THIS SMOKING ADDICTION DOES TO SO MANY OF US.
If you are thinking about quitting........stop thinking and just do it.
I quit 3 years ago and it was too late as the cancer was triggered.......but I refuse to give up........if I ever can get treatment I am going to beat this and then my dr will write a fantastic research paper about the miracle cure he facilitated for Sharon (Smorgy) and make us both famous!
It also hurts so many others around us.......my sister is hurting and scared for her baby sister (me, 15 years younger)......my son Jeff is supporting and helping me and I know how hard it is on him.
Let's all grab a hammer and beat the living s--- out of cancer!
I'm going to say something really stupid.......I have had more thoughts of smoking in the last week than I have had in over a year....
but i ain't gonna do it!
I may run away to the mountains/desert.............no, won't do that either!
