hello all..................,its getting close to my 1 year quit date. .wow.i still cannot believe it..being such a hard core smoker for 51 plus years.i only have 2 other quits in my life time that never lasted more than a month;;;  having so many addictions with drugs and drinking its been a lifelong battle..this time was so different tho..for the one thing finding this community and all you guys and gals, i don,t think it would be possible to stay quit on my own..  if your new here stay with us, it does keep you smoke free..i might not be on every day but i,m always snooping around reading blogs and post..somany of you to mention here that i really relate to.. but i thank everyone elders and newbes..i  say to myself i do not smoke,i,m a non smoker..can,t convince myself. but its true, guess its ingrained in my brain, been part of my life..thank you everyone..       joedice is soaring higher today with 352 days of FREEDOM. a shout out to kristin,,terrie,,mailyn,ellen,shawn,dale,sharon,lori,jennifer,trudy,mark,niki,jo,jackie,jazzy,mike and a whole bunch of you   more of you... all that really inspired me to stay on the quit tracks.keep on posting those great blogs that help us all...

hi everyone.i started smoking at a very young 11 years old. though it was so cool back then. almost everyone smoked.51 years later..it was slowly catching up to me. thought about it for a whole year to I saw this site and made my choice to quit..year 4 mos later here I is..still cannot believe it..
