I am getting ready to go, woke up with a terrible stuffed up nose, my son said he is the same way, lucky customers.  I won't be running food, I will be behind the counter and they are getting a heavy duty pad for me to stand on.  They have offered me a stool but I have found, in the past, that getting up and down was significantly harder than just standing.  I will be fine, I am just nervous.  I don't want to mess up an order and have them have to refund money, I know that's ridiculous but it is how I feel.

I am really proud of them for the bead program, not very many people have taken advantage of it but it provides healthy options for those who cannot afford to buy many groceries and it is also an educational program in that it gives people example of healthy foods and combinations.  This is a vegetarian/vegan cafe with gluten free options.  It's good food, not necessarily what we are all used to but it really blows me away to see what they come up with and the way it is presented. If you are on Facebook, you can look up BluePhoenixCafe and see some of the options they offer.

Thank you again for all of the support and confidence.  I need to get myself together and out the door.

Love,

Ellen
