Yes, it greatly saddens me to admit my failure. I lost my motivation and will power. When you allow yourself to loose control you can become powerless to face your addicition head on. I chose not to take care of myself which means I will have to go through the withdrawal process once more. So I begin the process once again with my prep and need to set a new quit date.
I strongly encourage those thinking about taking that "one puff" - please don't do it. I can guarantee you that you'll want another...then another...etc.
