Hi,

   Happy Friday!!!!!!!  And a happy weekend too!!!!!!!!!

 I got good news at the urologists.  My kidneys are 

back to normal since the bladder infection!!!!!!!

That cheered me up!!!!!!!

    So how is everybody's quit going?  It's another 

day of freedom!!!!!!!  That's something to celebrate!!!!!!

Isn't it good to just breathe air?  For so long we inhaled 

smoke.  Now we are becoming normal!!!!!!!

    Time for yoga.
