Hi everyone,

    Happy Thursday!!!!!!!!!!  Today I have a urologist 

appointment.  Hopefully it will be a good visit.  

    How is everybody's quit going?  My thoughts 

of the smoking life have disappeared completely.

They sure hung on a long time, but are finally gone.

     Time for yoga.
