Thank you everyone that has messaged or in-boxed me. Been having some computer problems, but I am still here. May have a couple rough days, patches are not in the budget this week, and probably not next week either. But my sister will be here next week so I will have lots of support. I am not too worried, I love this smoke-free life but I am going to go back and read Carr's book if I can find it. And a few old blogs that meant a bit extra to me. Thanks to Sharon especially who was here for me when I was having a bad day last week. It meant a lot.
