Can I do this?

I have every reason to quit. It's gross, unhealthy and makes me sick! It doesn't actually do anything for me, just gives me something to do. And, I have somehow convinced myself when I am anxious that a butt is exactly what I need.

My boyfriend and his family really want me to quit and I have promised them I would..but I'm really not sure I'm ready. I have set my start date for 3/28.
