Leavin' on a jet plane...

I am leaving this morning for 8 days in Florida.  I will be with my oldest daughter and my granddaughter along with their closest friends.  The five of us are renting a condo on Cocoa Beach.  I have been "warned" that the moms intend to do some partying so I warned them back that I intend to do some RESTING!  I got up this morning and saw that Delta airlines has a worldwide computer shutdown and no one is moving who is flying Delta...I am flying Jet Blue out of Richmond.  I printed my boarding pass last night, I am sort of packed.  I leave a little after noon.  I am going to pulmonary rehab this morning and then to pick up a couple of presriptions and next door to the drug store, to get a couple of things I need...no big things.  I am going to remove some of the stuff I packed last night and try to lighten my load a bit.  I am really looking forward to beach time.  I have always found the beach to be "healing" and I have not been in two years so this is really a great treat.  Parts of Florida are getting heavy rains but I don't think they will affect us.  It is raining here too this morning, I have changed my sheets, done the dishes, picked up everything that I can, and. of course, fed the cats.

I have a tablet that I am taking with me but I am not sure how often I will be able to connect, I will be thinking of all of you and I KNOW you will be protecting your quits.

Love,

Ellen
