just for the heck of it, i went back to my very first blog i wrote after quitting...i remember just sitting back and reading all the blogs on here, and learning things and reading the allen carr book, twice...guess i was just sitting back and getting my ducks in a row...i was surprised to realize that i was quit for a week before i blogged...also got the goose bumps when i had to reach for help, and to hear my desperation in those blogs...and to realize just how close to smoking i was, but i screamed, cried, stomped, yes even put my head in the freezer....but i came out of each and every miserable crave a winner, and i owe it all to my friends here and for this being the best site i could have ever stumbled upon.....i thank you all xoxoxoxo
