Hi everyone I'm back from vacation.  We had a great time despite my injury.  The greatest part was being able to enjoy spending quality time with family without having to run outside to smoke.  We did a lot of hiking, seen some deer and spent time in pool since it was so stinking hot.  Spent a day at a pioneer village where people dress up like they were in the 1800's and talk the southern talk. Really enjoyed it. Today I found myself really having strong craves and thinking it’s because of having so much down time.  I have been reading blogs today and fighting Nico dude off and know that craves don't kill I will survive through it.  Oh yeah my hand is starting to feel better and excited for Tuesday to get her to get stitches out. Yikes this itch while healing is intense. Haha I think Giulia said something in the song about itch, whew it is no joke.  Trying to type with right hand still slow but getting there.  Going to bed with 76 days of freedom. YAY!  Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Hi! My name is Sharon and I am married, a mom to 5 kids and also have 2 fur babies that are both shelties and considered my kids. I have smoked for about 30 years. I came here to learn how to quit and stay quit. I need to quit to impove my health and was tired of nicotine controlling me and Doctors and family nagging me. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. Now that I have joined in the EX family I now have been free of nicotine since May 13th 2016.
