Okay just putting it out there. ..not a good day. I'm smart enough, conscious enough to know this will pass. I'm strong enough in my will to stay strong on this journey without smoking as opposed to smoking and wishing I could quit, very similar on the stress meter. I trust those who help us in our struggles...but...
Meditating to heal my brain activity, focusing on the positive. I think I'm on day 96. And this seems to be where the majority of us newbies are. So reading a lot about NML, timelines, each one is different, etc. may have entered in and sparked my nicodemon brain???
