The other day I did the drive through at Dairy Queen. I wanted a medium chocolate cone (boy, they are big!).
When I got to the window to pay the gal told me that the lady ahead of me had paid my $1.56 bill!
Well, I thought "I can't let this stop" so I asked how much the car behind me owed.
"$4.35"
At first I thought that isn't really fair for me to pay more than what the woman paid for me and then I slapped myself along side my head
and thought that it isn't about the money, it's about the GIVING and SHARING.
So, I paid it.
Hope it made her day.....maybe she would do it for someone else........
I felt good........for myself......for the person behind me and definitely for the lady in front of me.
So, challenge for today.......
Do 1 nice thing for someone without them expecting it.
Doesn't have to be paying for something........could be giving someone flowers........letting someone go first at the stop sign.
Do something and then come back here and share what you did.......it will give us ideas to do.
And tell us how you felt about doing it!
Ready, set, GO!
