I am so blessed. On Saturday, I made 3 months of being smoke-free!!! I still have thoughts of smoking sometimes, but I think back on how much God has helped me in my quit this time- knowing I did not do this on my own without serious help from Him and y'all- and I imagine the horror of starting over. Another Day one? I tried and failed so many times before. I I would probably never even make it back. NEF, NOPE, SINAO! So I keep going to bed Day Won! As many of you have said before, this is a journey, not a destination. So I will continue to give my quit my all (thank you Jackie). I will do what it takes to stay smoke-free- each day- each TODAY. Thank you, my friends, for all your wisdom, encouragement, and love. I know God led me here to EX, and I am so happy he did- sooo happy to be free today! God Bless!
