What! Wow! And Hurray!!  Not one puff for a whopping 70 days today.  Never have gotten this far into this nonsmoking self-discovery journey, I am very grateful to have gotten this far and very amazed that I rustled up enough  self-discipline, strength  and courage to keep the commitment that I made no matter what by saying NOPE!!!!.  Really truthfully never thought I would make it this far. I am just surprising myself all the time on what I can do as a nonsmoker. I am so thankful finding this site and meeting wonderful people here who care and understand this nasty addiction and have helped me get this far.  I am doing things I never ever thought I would be able to do again.  Like exercising on an everyday basis and the beauty of this I can still breathe when I am done.  I joined 2 different public exercise classes. What me exercising in public!!! who would of ever thought this shy low self-esteem, no confident person would not only sign up for 1 but 2 classes so here we go on new exciting things.  I am not sure what the new me is going to end up being on the other side of the forever non-ending NML but I can say for sure so far I am liking this new me.

Thank God for Word programs and I for once remembered to save my blog.  I wrote this blog yesterday and guess I didn’t hit the publish icon.

So HIP HIP HURRAY!! Woot!!! And WOW!!! Day 71 whopping days with not even one puff off a yucky sickerette.

Thanks again for all your support as I know I would not have made it without support.

Hi! My name is Sharon and I am married, a mom to 5 kids and also have 2 fur babies that are both shelties and considered my kids. I have smoked for about 30 years. I came here to learn how to quit and stay quit. I need to quit to impove my health and was tired of nicotine controlling me and Doctors and family nagging me. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. Now that I have joined in the EX family I now have been free of nicotine since May 13th 2016.
