These 13 days just flew by. Finding out lots of stuff about me................Boy I sure stubborn 63 yrs. of smoking and so many quits that didn't work. Thrilled to find out my shortcomings without hating myself.

I appreciate growing older gracefully and grateful that I am still "with it" at my age. Teach palates 3 X's a week and long time Pres. and Past Pres. of a Classical Concert Group. Going to be 81 July 3, 2017.
