Finding morning coffee and reading newspaper with smokes is getting easier.  Really enjoing the clean air around me.

Having a little bowel problem - I have had cologinis colitis for years.  Started my meds.  It will get better I know.

If not - I hve a wonderful Dr. that I could call.

I appreciate growing older gracefully and grateful that I am still "with it" at my age. Teach palates 3 X's a week and long time Pres. and Past Pres. of a Classical Concert Group. Going to be 81 July 3, 2017.
