Tomorrow day 12..............better day today.  But all in all I DO NOT WANT TO SMOKE ANYMORE.

Benefits are showing up all ready.  Not easy but not TORTURE EITHER.  Don't believe in all the brainwashing you have heard about withdrawals.  Sure I am healing - and I want to continue to heal my body and mind. Sunday I will be 80 yrs. young. Then I will be 2 week smoke FREE.................YEAH HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

I appreciate growing older gracefully and grateful that I am still "with it" at my age. Teach palates 3 X's a week and long time Pres. and Past Pres. of a Classical Concert Group. Going to be 81 July 3, 2017.
