Afternoon all,
I blogged last week about starting to enjoy my daily walks as a means to manage my craves and to help my body continue to heal. Enjoying my walks was a great feeling i didnt think I would experience. As a heaver smoker of over 35 years and being very overweight, ive never enjoyed having to move unless absolutely critical.
On my walk today, not only did I walk up a very steep hill without stopping until i reached the top, to catch my breath, that felt soooo good, I even jogged a few steps on my way home !!! :-)))
Its Day 58 and im enjoying my quit 🙂
