I am still in pain but had both shoulders injected this morning.  It will take a full two weeks to know what the effects are but I immediately felt better, that was a result of the lidocaine.  My neck is terribly stiff and there is a tendon that is visible on the outside, the pain from that is just horrible.  I am alternating heat and ice, taking pain medication, not going to rehab until Friday and I have been told to make sure there is NO RESISTANCE on the arm bike.  I think it was set at 6 when I was last there.  I have an appointment for acupuncture on Thursday and I am really looking forward to that,  I don't know how that will work, I have never had it.

I am going to try go to my friend's pool tomorrow, not to work out but to relax in the water if that is possible.

Love you all...please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.  I will be just fine but it is going to take some time.

Ellen
