It is truly so wonderful to see so many new active members here! A new class that in under a year will become elders - if you stick to the program and practice NOPE (not one puff ever)! You can get there the same way we all did - by riding out the rough times and eventually getting to a much better place.
I am writing this in honor of my cousin Sondra who lost her battle with COPD today. She was around 65 years of age. May she RIP.
