If I learned one thing during this last quit, it that the happier I am about it, the easier it gets. It was a little hard to figure why Dale said "laugh when the craves hit you", but that was in the early days, when I was still looking at quitting as a loss.
These days are gone, we are quitting, what a JOY!
I had a big, huge, storm cloud huge crave, I almost felt tobacco on my tongue, and ran away, came here and started reading, and started smiling, and almost laughing at my "vision".
What vision? Of smoking? What a joke, ha, ha. A vision is something grand, the inception of a million dollars idea, and I called remembering smoking a vision??? Maybe, if I were the designer of KENT, not the end user...
Thank you friends, I am so humbled by the power you all represent for me, the source of inspiration, or argument with myself (but I always win one way or another), the admiration for your victories, your reasoning, your solutions, but always your compassion, humanity and desire to help another.
