For your encouragement to continue and stay on track.  I was ready to give up and then I started reading your messages and they sincerely helped me.  I will continue to work at it, one day at a time.  Had a talk with my son today and he is so proud of what I have accomplished so far.  That made me happy and gave me the urge to keep on keeping on.  It's so hard.

I am reading the book that I received a link to.  It's very interesting.  I think that also that will help me.

Thank you for being there for me.  I need that.
