Do you have any statistics as to when do most of the people lose their quit?
The first month, during NML, or later, when you would think they have it, and will not lose it?
I know once a smoker always a smoker (ex-smoker), and there is no guarantee, not even after 10 years of sobriety from Nicotine.
But I do not remember reading anywhere when is the level of vulnerability the highest?
Please do not worry, I do not plan to quit my recovery, just would like to know 🙂
