I'm two days in to my journey of being smoke free! I am on zyban and the patches. When I tried quitting before i was only on the patches and had no support so only made it to four days and failed. Now thanks to this site I feel I have lots of support from all of you and I'm committed to becoming smoke free for life. I know the time was put on because that is the time I smoked my last cigarette! I have no cravings yet but I know they will come and trying to stay busy!!
