There really is one, a much better one. Sometime this summer will be a year and a half since I became stronger than my addiction. What a wonderful concept!
Take it from a guy with 40 years of smoking under his belt, quitting is easy, deciding that you may never smoke again is the hurdle.
I can do and enjoy things that I avoided as a smoker. It really amazes me now that I made decisons about where I would go, who I would be around, and what I would do, all based on whether or not I would be deprived of my fix.
I made the decision and did it. the support on this site is amazing and gets much of the credit for my determination.
