We are being blessed with some rain, I pray that Fort McMurray in Western Canada will get relief from this horrible fire that doesn't seem to be letting up but only getting worse from the heat and the wind, they need Rain desperately but no thunderstorms just rain. Unfortunately we have no control over Mother. Nature but we have complete control over our lives and what we put into our bodies so if you haven't quit yet now is the time to quit smoking and if you are struggling hang tough because we all know smoking kills and quitting can save us from dying a slow, horrible, painful death, quitting smoking is absolutely difficult to say the least but it's absolutely doable and absolutely worth all of the withdrawals, mood swings and the roller coaster ups and downs but you can and will be successful if you are willing, determined and totally committed, N.O.P.E - NOT One Puff Ever - which will give you a beautiful smoke free life because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option so if you have been struggling - N.E.F - Never Ever Forget the first few weeks of your quit because each day you get through is another day WON and there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's up to us individually to grab onto our lives and take control and quit poisoning ourselves with the horrid nicotine poison.
