One thing to be thankful for.

On a gloomy Friday when you wake up out of sorts and things just seem a little off kilter, it helps to remember all the things to be thankful for. When you start thinking, it is such a long list, but right there at the top of my list is that I NO LONGER SMOKE! I'm not committing slow (or fast) suicide by cigarette. I value the life that God blessed me with, enough to take care of me, and cherish each moment, good OR bad.

Be thankful today, whether newbie, oldbie or inbetweenbie, YOU ARE FREE!
