I have an obligation on Friday night that I am committed to. It will expose me to a great deal of second hand smoke. I would get out of it if I could, but that is not an option.
I plan on showering when I get home and washing my clothes immediately. I also plan on some visualization exercises while I am exposed, like all those people with a chain made out of cigarettes holding them to table.
I'm more worried about the nicotine exposure and having the cravings come back with a vengeance.
I just hope it doesn't set me back. I think being accountable here will help and I also have to be accountable to 2 doctors in June.
Does anyone have any other suggestions for how to handle the situation?
