This is the day I completed 825 days or so smoke free. Absolutely confident and enjoying smoke free days more and more. I went to friends party where i know I will meet some regular smokers, and also some who successfully quit some time back. I had been to such gatherrings earler during smoke free days.

The day next, i started hitting in brain, i must restart smoking. I saw one of my friend who was already in EX family, joined the gang again to smoke. At that point of time i did not feel any problem, or desire to join too. in fact i spoke to him why did he break the rule of NOPE?

However after coming back home, the feelings i had were terrible. was wanting to go for smoke immediate. These were similar to cravings i suppose in the initial stages of quit smoking. The demand for smoke remained for 3 days or so.

While i understood, there is need to pull out once again tools to protect such desire, craving, and i did it......felt very surprised that even after two years of smoke free period, ....... get invitation from NICOdemon to join the gang.

No damage.........thought good to share .
