Mason has already had his breakfast this morning which was his favorite, a grilled cheese sandwich on homemade bread as long as he eats, I'm happy. My husband Mark is cooking our breakfast which he does each wk end. Today is my 5 yr anniversary since quitting drinking which thank goodness I did because I had stomach ulcers and gave myself an alcohol induced heart attack before I finally wised up and quit drinking. It wasn't easy but so worth it and 19 splendiferous months ago today I finally quit smoking after finding out I have copd which again that scared me into smartening up and taking my life back before it was too late and I did irreversible damage, quitting both was a hair pulling, mood swing, roller coaster EXperience but was definitely doable and absolutely worth it all because my family, grandchildren, like my little almost 7 yr old Mason are quite happy that I am around to spoil them rotton because that's what us grandparents do,hee, hee. Have a wonderful Valentines Day my fellow Exers even if you haven't got a significant other, treat yourself to a special Valentine because you are the best of the best, stay strong and remain vigilant today while enjoying another day WON.♡

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
