a new beginning

I cannot believe with the help my ex family I have made this far. When I got on this site I never thought I would meet the wonderful new family I have. I try to stay connnected and miss my new friends and made a committment to continue to stay connected with the amazing family I have here.

The pain is worth the gain, we have to remember that, the moodswings, everything and no one judged me, but gave me support, we are strong , we must continue to love ourselves enough to believe we are loved and worth it.

I never dreamed I would make it this long, I am not giving up, I have friends praying for me, my family at home in New York, my daughter and her friends who love me and I get spend time with this weekend, how awesome is that!! teenagers that want to hang out with you and watch tv and eat pizza, I am s pending time doing yoga and taking care of myself by doing new things that are not related to smoking, change takes time and we have stick with it, some days are tougher than others but hang tight, you are all worth it!!

Its snowing NY today, I havent had to shovel or use the snowblower, but maybe today, its bitter cold as well, Heres winter !!!!!!
