Stacking up our smoke free days is great!

Good morning, this storm that's hit many of you was only supposed to give my area about 4 inches of the white stuff. It was off to the south of me but decided to give us more snow and gusty winds, pretty much all of NB and NS schools are closed today, oh well it's been a fantastic winter so far and Spring will be here before long . I hope each and everyone of you my fellow Exers will enjoy this day , let's embrace our quits and make sure to protect it on a daily basis, I never want to become complacent and be around a smoker and possibly pick up one of those cancer sticks and stick it in my mouth and light it before realizing what I was doing. That would be the worst possible thing so I always remain vigilant while enjoying my freedom from the yakies. I was overtired last night because I had one of those smokemares the third one for me since quitting, I was lighting one of those cancer sticks when I woke up and realized that it wasn't real but it took me awhile to get back to sleep, whew is all I can say because I am an Exer for the rest of my life with vigilance and continued commitment  .N.O.P.E and N.E.F.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
