I had not heard from Sky in ages so I started a campaign of harassment to see if she was alright.  She had been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and I wanted to be sure that she was experiencing some exacerbation.  I finally heard from her and she has been having a rough time.  First of all, she was incredibly busy in December and then she fell...TWICE, she injured her spleen.  They have not done a scan, she has basically been on bedrest for three weeks, sleeping at least 12 hours a day.  She wants very much to get back to work and said that if she had not gone to the doctor after the second fall, she would have been in Oregon, at her favorite place in the world but the doc would not let her travel.  If she had left after the first fall, the second one would not have happened.  She is, of course, still smoke free and she thinks of everyone here but she has not had the energy to respond even to PM's.

Say a little prayer for her and if you want to send her some love...https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/blogs/SkyGirl-blog/2015/10/05/huh, that should be the link to her page if I did it right.  I am not sure if or when she will read anything but I am sure she will appreciate any prayers you send up for her.  She is not the kind of person to want to sit still and not work as any of you who know her know well.

Love to all of you from Sky.
