Hi everyone, I just wanted to share this visual I found a while back that shows how far we've come as a nation in terms of lowering cigarette consumption. It's crazy to think that just a few decades ago, cigarette ads used to appear on medical journals, campus newspapers, and athletic programs. Seeing our national cigarette consumption rate decreasing with each passing decade, makes me feel motivated and confident to stick with my decision to become an ex. I hope these interesting statistics and facts serve as an encouragement and source of motivation - just as it did for me.
