Feeling Amazing !!!!!

Coming up on my 3 month milestone and very proud of myself! Went to the Dr Wednesday and was completely amazed how well my scar and healing process looked! He said "You know with you being a NON smoker is a huge factor" and I just smiled with knowing the struggle wasn't as easy as it seemed but still each day is a mark for me....I've talked to some pretty amazing people on here who's made me smile and kept pushing me! I'm still not able to go back to work but I'm walking walking walking !!!! Oh and PUFFFFF- I still have that big pile of fruit on my nightstand lmaooooo!

My name is Lisa and I'm 42 years old. I started smoking as an adult(in my 30's). Two years ago, I quit and like a dumbass I started again a year ago (sighs)! I'm a diabetic (6years) and on 4 oral medications! I lost my father(my only parent) at the young age of 55 from heart problems which I know the raw truth is from smoking.
