Just wanted to check in and say hi. I haven't been here much. Still pretty busy and get tired easy, recovering. The real PT starts next week!! Gonna be hard work but maybe will finally really get in "shape"! But I'm so happy to report I've made it 60 days without a single puff! I'm so grateful because I know it's helping with my healing too. The Wellbutrin has seemed to help me stay with my quit this time!! I still get a big prompt about twice a day - especially that "unhappy hour" cig craving. But I'm dealing with it and starting to be able to laugh it off. I'm back home "alone" now and it might be more of a challenge. I will be staying closer!! 🙂 ❤️ Love to all. Happy Thankful November! Congrats that everyone on the great milestones and Bonfire!!!
