Share your quitting journey
I had a half decent sleep last night with my little Mack Attack Mason, he's such a sweetie pie. I got up at 6:30 so I could enjoy a coffee before getting my little buckaroo up,he always wakes up with a smile which makes me smile too. Smiling is contagious ,he had a good breakfast and was all ready when my daughter came to take him to school. I will have him Wed evening through Fri afternoon because there's no school Thurs and Fri, for PD days whatever that means so they have a 5 day holiday with next Monday being our Canadian Thanksgiving. Anyway my friends , that's enough rambling on, have a wonderful smoke free day but as always let's remember to protect our precious forever quits we must always remain vigilant and be on guard so we don't screw up and relapse and lose our beautiful, wonderful quit. Each morning when I wake up I immediately promise myself another day of freedom because life is so much better being an Exer. Stay strong and hang tough because we can and will have our forever quits N.O.P.E and N.E.F.
